Objective: Observe how natural and artificial light impacts its surroundings by creating patterns of light and shadow.
A key requirement for this course is ongoing exploration of original photography work. For each new project that we take on it is expected that you will produce original photographs that target project learning objectives. Using images from the internet for class projects is considered plagiarism and will result in no credit for class projects. While it is fine to use original archival digital photos, you are encouraged to use these on a limited basis. Our goal is to take fresh photos in the moment while addressing composition and other photography techniques yet to be covered. For future reference on homework and studio assignments, please refer to our designated Google Sites Classroom page. Here you will find information on the lastest homework and studio projects. Our Google classroom will also be used to submit class projects and receive grade evaluations. I look forward to working with you this semester while we explore the visually rich world of photography! Mr. Dressler
